You have come to stay? We are pleased – and you are more than welcome. Because at luv we offer you a total of six vacation apartments. From small to large. For two to four (or five) people. Some even have their own roof terrace. Accessible by elevator, barrier-free and one apartment is also wheelchair accessible.
Also practical: two smaller apartments can even be combined to form a larger family apartment. All apartments have lake and alpine views, W-LAN, closet or chests of drawers, cooking utensils, bed linen and towels, are bright, friendly and cozy. So you can feel comfortable and relax with us.

Here you live on approx. 34 m² in our spacious starboard flat.

Our smallest "cabin" for up to two people. Cosy 21 m², double bed, WC/shower, kettle and coffee machine, smart TV, table with two chairs, wardrobe, bright reading window with bench in the dormer window, from where you can enjoy the view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
Small but mighty. Thanks to the connecting door, this flat can be combined with the "water luv" flat to form a shared (family?) home.

2nd floor, lower attic.
Come in and immediately look out over the water. Bright flat with approx. 28 m², which can also be combined with the neighbouring flat "anchor luv" to form a larger flat thanks to a connecting door.
But also solitary the flat offers everything you need for a successful stay: Double bed, WC/shower, small kitchenette with cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave, Smart TV, table with two chairs, wardrobe, cosy reading window with bench in the dormer.

Sun, lake and a great mood? That's what we wish you in our largest flat, which can accommodate up to four people with its 70 m².
Two rooms, wide double bed, sofa and sofa bed, bathroom with shower, kitchen and dining area; roof terrace (12 m²) with table and chairs and a great view of the Überlingen Minster tower; small storage room; Smart TV, table with four chairs, cupboards and chest of drawers, two cosy reading windows with benches in the dormer window; bright, and of course: with a view of the lake and the Alps.
